Tim Geoffrion, Executive Coach, IFS Influenced
Meet Tim
My coaching career was born out of my passion for helping people grow.
Before I went into the world of coaching, I worked for 15 years as an investor and banker on Wall Street. I began my career at JP Morgan in New York before transitioning to several large private equity firms, where I made investments across many different sectors of the economy. During that time, I served on the boards of over a dozen companies and played the role of supporter, listener, and advisor to many CEOs and executive management teams.
Throughout my career, what consistently brought me the most joy was helping other people grow. I loved interviewing potential candidates and sought out chances to mentor new hires. I enjoyed managing teams at every firm I worked at. As an investor and advisor, I relished the opportunity to work closely with executives—lending them an ear, offering concrete help, and even giving advice when they needed it.
At a certain point, I realized that helping other people accomplish their goals and live out their dreams was my number-one source of fulfillment in life. As a result, I decided to dedicate my career to doing so. Today, in addition to investing in small businesses, I am a certified leadership coach who helps people manage the internal struggles that are preventing them from achieving their business goals and finding fulfillment in life.
I specialize in coaching executives, CEO’s and business owners.

Deanna Noe (they/them) is a relationship, embodiment, and intimacy coach, a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, an Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) Practitioner, and a Somatic Sex Educator. They are passionate about helping individuals and couples reconnect with themselves, heal relational and sexual wounds, and cultivate intimacy with greater authenticity and trust. Through this process, they gained greater choice and fulfillment in their life and relationships, and they support clients in doing the same.
Through their private practice, The Body Noetic, Deanna works with women, men, queer individuals, and couples/throuples to navigate relationships, embodiment, and healing. In addition to their private work, they are also on staff and assist in IFIO trainings. Their trauma-informed approach integrates IFS, IFIO, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation to guide clients toward deeper self-connection, intimacy, and pleasure. They believe that when we cultivate a secure attachment to ourselves, we expand our capacity for secure and fulfilling connections with others.Deanna’s work is rooted in IFS, their extensive training in somatic and relational modalities, and their personal journey of embodiment and healing from complex relational and sexual trauma. They help clients shift from feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed to experiencing deeper self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to express needs and boundaries with clarity.
